Yay, I've made it back!

So, the last couple of days have been kinda crappy here. Fighting off a migraine and then ending up with the stomach flu, or something. Was so bad last night and it didn't hit until just before I was heading to work so I'm sure they are all pissed off, but not like I could help it. Feeling a bit better now after a long night of sickness. Sitting here watching Quinn color in one of his many coloring books, he is getting so creative! :) The other day he drew a face! All with eyes, nose and mouth and it looked great! I'm keeping that one! I'm so proud of all that he can do and all that he is learning, getting to be a smart little boy, mommy's lil man.

Let's see, got my taxes done and filed so now it's just the waiting game. Could take up to 6-8wks, of course they would never hurry at all so more than likely the 8wks, all because of that extra form. But I guess as long as I get it all back then I'm happy, will be a nice return this year. Plan to pay some small bills and get them gone for good, put some away for small vacations to Omaha in the spring to the zoo and then the Rennaissance in MN in the fall, then of course you have to spend some, just can't do w/out that! lol So, nice to know it's all but spend as soon as it arrives! haha...like that's anything new!

I've been working on my digital scrapbooking and also made some blinkies this past weekend at work. Will try to get some posted here soon. Gotta figure that out yet!

Checking In

I'm just so darn proud of myself! This makes 3 posts all w/in 1 month and the months not even over with yet! WOOT!!! lol

Ok, so I'm just bored really and checking in. Getting some digiscrap stuff ready for work tonight. I made I think it was 4 pages last night! WOW Sometimes I'm in the mood and sometimes I'm not. So getting some freebies ATM and then will be off to bed for a nap before work. Got some training videos to watch this weekend also, plan on doing those tomorrow night. Maybe I'll do a couple tonight and a couple tomorrow that way I won't get too bored from them and fall asleep! Not good! hahaha

Quinn is napping and Scott is watching Battlestar Gallactica (sp?) so not much happening on this lovely weekend. Oh, I got my W-2 from work last night so I can file my taxes sooner than I thought! Still have to wait 6-8wks for the return b/c of a form I have to include, but at least it's a couple weeks sooner than I thought.

YAY!!!

After about a month my desktop is FINALLY fixed of the annoying viruses it had!!! I get to pick it up today!!! I'm excited, while I like a laptop for the movability of it, I still seem to prefer a nice desktop to work on. Seems easier for me. So, I'll be going to get that later this afternoon, after my nap of course! lol Worked the past 2 nights and have tonight off then work another 4. You know it seems like I complain about that alot but in all honesty, I think it's only b/c it is overnights, they are a bit more draining than any other shift. IMO But weekends aren't so bad b/c, fri and sat nights that is, b/c I can bring the laptop and work on sigs and digiscrapping all night. They don't allow internet but I may get the wireless option with taxes! :) That's really all for now...OH...Quinn can say his ABC's!!! He said them yesterday all the way through and all by himself!!! It brought tears to my eyes, my big boy!!! So he can count to 10 and say his ABC's!!! OMG he's getting TOO big!

Silly Me

Ok, so once upon a time I started a blog only to completely forget the email and password and to no avail can I find it. So, here I am starting over again! Not that I'm really too worried about it, I wasn't very good about blogging anyway. Maybe I'll get better? Ha, we'll see!
